Leadership & Team Effectiveness
Everyone on that team is good at their job. You could say it about each of them honestly. And somehow you are circling the same three topics you were circling in spring. Yeah, we've been there too...
A leadership team is not a group of capable people, it is a system, with its own habits and loyalties. So we work on the individual, the team and the whole system at the same time, because sorting out one and not the others tends not to hold for long.
The people who have to own a change are usually the ones least prepared to lead it, and that is completely normal. We work with them while it is happening, not in a briefing beforehand. Much of it is 1:1 coaching, hard conversations, and 360 feedback that turns into actual commitments.
With the right support people do miracles. Ping us to learn more...
Where we've done this. We designed and ran a Leadership Clinic at a mobility company in Germany, a domain-wide programme across 7+ teams on complexity, coaching, communication, feedback and psychological safety. We coached executives and directors at an insurance company in Serbia through the personal growth that systemic problems end up demanding of them. At a remote-first legal tech scale-up in Germany, over 100 people, we coached teams and individuals up to C-level. And we have delivered leadership and complexity trainings inside a global logistics corporation, an IT services company.
